App Privacy Direction
- The MVP is planned as an offline-first iPad app.
- Child profiles and progress are stored locally in the MVP.
- The child experience should not include third-party ads.
- The child experience should not include third-party behavioral analytics.
- Raw child audio is not stored in the MVP.
- Microphone use, if enabled later, is parent-controlled.
- Parent Center should include data reset and delete controls.
Website Privacy Direction
This version of the public website is static. It has no contact form, newsletter form, login, analytics, ad pixels, or social widgets.
The site does not intentionally set cookies. Hosting providers may create standard server logs such as request time, requested URL, IP address, user agent, and response status. The final hosting provider and retention terms must be confirmed before public launch.
Future Forms
If parent-facing contact or subscribe forms are added later, the privacy page must be updated before launch. Future forms should avoid child names, child photos, child audio, and child-created content unless there is a clear, reviewed support need.
